At Pyara Ashiyana, we want you to receive your order in the correct condition and as described.

Returns and exchange requests are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:
• The product must be unused
• The product must be in its original condition
• The product must include all parts and packaging
• The request must be made within 7 days of delivery

Damaged, defective, or wrong item received

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Please share:
• Your order number
• Clear photos or video of the product
• Photos of the packaging, if damaged

After review, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the issue.

Change of mind returns

If you want to return a product because you changed your mind, the product must be unused and in original condition.

Return delivery charges may be the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non-returnable cases

We cannot accept returns if:
• The product has been used, installed, damaged, or altered by the customer
• Original packaging or parts are missing
• The return request is made after 7 days of delivery
• The product was damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or incorrect installation

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about approval or rejection of the refund.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where possible. For cash on delivery orders, refund arrangements will be discussed directly with the customer.
